Dr. Deming Officially Partnered with Kalamazoo Foot Surgery to expand Scope of Care
Since True 2 Form opened in 2021, we have strictly provided direct patient care with specific service pricing and fee for service model paid directly by the consumer or patient. While that is convenient and has many advantages, we recognize there are some limitations as well. Dr. Deming is dedicated to removing all barriers that may impede a patient from receiving the necessary care. Therefore, we have signed a contract with Kalamazoo Foot Surgery, a well known and established podiatric clinic, to provide an expanded scope of diagnostic and procedural interventions otherwise restricted by the cash-paying patient.
Here are some of the details:
- Dr. Deming can bill third party insurance providers for high cost health care diagnostics and treatments unavailable at True 2 Form such as x-rays and out-patient surgical procedures.
- You will be able to conveniently schedule directly with Dr. Deming at KFS by simply calling and requesting an appointment. Very rarely will a referral or any prerequisite be required.
- Dr. Deming is fully credentialed with both Bronson and Ascension/Beacon health to provide treatment at the facility of your preference.
No change to True 2 Form’s direct patient care model:
- Patient care plans and biomechanical interventions currently offered at True 2 Form are still available. Much of what we do from an injury prevention and biomechanical training standpoint is not billable by insurance anyways.
- Offering our customizable non-invasive and non-surgical treatment plan options will be more convenient and less costly in the long run by working directly with True 2 Form.
- We always have the ability to explore either option and choose what works best for you and your personal situation.
