Run Performance Maximization: Train with a purpose!
A healthier, more efficient path to speed with Dr. Deming, podiatric physician and Certified Performance and Sport Scientist.
Running faster is not simply about logging more miles or pushing harder. Lasting performance comes from helping your body move with greater precision, strength, and efficiency. At True 2 Form, Dr. Deming combines expertise in foot and lower-extremity health with performance science to help runners build the movement skills that support both speed and durability.
