Types of appointments*

• Quick Care is focused on one injury or problem – similar to an urgent care except directly with the specialist.  We can get you in fast, often the same day**, and expedite your road to recovery.
• Problem Focused Evaluations are a more comprehensive look at your pain including a thorough history and physical examination along with a personalized treatment plan to address your needs.   These appointments may be purchased individually or as a “care package” as mutually determined during your initial consultation.
• Minor Procedures under local anesthesia include partial or total nail avulsions for diseased, infected, or painful toenails, excision of small tissue lesions like plantar warts, painful calluses, superficial cysts, and even minimally invasive hammer toe correction and more.***

Billing & Scheduling Information

No referrals are needed to schedule an appointment.  We are considered out of network for all insurance plans.  You may submit a personal claim to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.  We can provide you with necessary documentation including a superbill or itemized invoice upon request.  Medicare and Medicaid do not reimburse for our services.  HSA and FSA funds are typically eligible.

We require a $75 booking deposit for all appointment types when scheduling online.  The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel prior to >24hrs of your appointment time.  The deposit will be applied toward your service fees.

*If you are unsure what type of appointment to book or have any questions about whether our services may be right for you, please call or email us.  If needed we can schedule a 15 minute phone call to discuss your options and potential costs.

**The best way to schedule an urgent visit is to call or email (if after hours) because online booking restricts appointment booking within 24 hours.

***The cost of procedures varies based on complexity.  You must book an initial consultation to first be evaluated to discuss and plan for the procedure accordingly.  Your booking deposit will be applied towards the cost of the procedure if scheduled, otherwise to the cost of your visit should a procedure not be required.  If urgent (i.e. ingrown toe nail or infection), we will try our best to accommodate same day procedures – advanced notice recommended via phone call or email.
