Summer Run Training with Project 131:

  • Group training for middle and high school runners
  • Mon/Wed/Fri 8:30 – 10:00 am
  • All-inclusive: Injury prevention, running form drills, fun and challenging group workouts, weekly mileage plans to help you build a base safely without over-training and prepare for fall XC or other sports.

Summer RPM Multi-sport:

  • Small group sessions – 8 week program starting mid June
  • Wednesday evening, 5:30 – 6:30 pm
  • Running form, speed, injury prevention, and all around movement and coordination is the focus
  • Great for all types of athletes where running and speed are crucial
  • Middle school and high school athletes welcome

Team/Small Group Injury Prevention and Speed:

  • Set up a program customized to your own group or team
  • The True 2 Form model is to always start with pre-testing or an evaluation session for a personalized report and outline of each athlete’s needs
  • Subsequent training workshops will be designed accordingly to address the groups priorities
  • Duration, frequency, goals, group size is customized to meet your needs so cost is variable.

Individual Training

Our individual performance and injury prevention training is always available.  Generally, the most cost efficient method is with our School of Run package.  Details are outlined here on our School of Run information page.
